Oneness Pentecostals often accuse trinitarians (believers in the trinity) of worshiping three Gods, the Father, the Son, and the Holy spirit. Oneness Pentecostals believe that there is one God, in Jesus Christ.
But the truth is, the Trinity is actually the pinnacle of oneness.
You see, the doctrine of the trinity states that there is one God, manifested in three persons (not people).
Heres how I put the trinity
● The Father: Omnipotent, Omnipresent, everlasting life giver and creator
● The Son: Manifestation of God and Mediator between The Father and Humans
● Holy Spirit: The spiritual presence of God
Although it is impossible to fully understand the trinity, We do know that it is not the belief that there are three Gods.
Jesus did say "I and the Father are one". Even though He doesn't say "in the trinity", He makes it clear that He and God the Father together is oneness.
If You want to protest a heresy, protest the Mormon Godhead, which makes God, Three Gods.
